All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
We currently accept payment by:
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards
- Paypal
- Zelle
If we are unable to process payment on your credit card, please ensure the credit card number and expiration date were entered correctly and that the billing name and address exactly match your credit card statement. If any of these are incorrect, it may delay your shipment.
In the event that shipping prices have been miscalculated during checkout for any reason, we will contact you via email or phone to make necessary refunds or adjustments.
You will be notified via email or phone if a problem exists with the payment information you provided during checkout or if we need verification information to process your order.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax in the state of New York where we have a physical presence. State Sales Tax is calculated based on the taxing jurisdiction of the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. All applied taxes will be refunded if an item is returned, excluding tax applied to shipping and handling charges.
Import Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.
When Will My Order Ship
Orders are shipped every business day (Monday-Friday excluding holidays). All in stock Standard orders will be shipped within 2 business days following credit card authorization and verification. Exceptions to this include orders that are placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST, over a weekend or on a holiday, as well as any order requiring special handling such as custom options.
Shipping Problems
While not common, shipping problems can occur. If you have a problem with your order that is related to shipping, please contact the fulfillment partner included in your shipping confirmation, call us toll free at (877) 754-0786
If you have not received your shipment within the expected delivery time, or if the shipment has been delivered but is not in your possession, please have your order number ready and call us toll free at (877) 754-0786
If your shipment arrives damaged, please do not open the box or remove any of the packaging materials. A Carom Sports Customer Service Representative will have to process a damage claim with the shipping provider, have the damaged merchandise picked up from your location and give you further instructions to receive a replacement.
Depending on the shipping service provider for your order, a package may be left without a signature at the discretion of the shipping service provider. CaromSports can do nothing to prevent this from occurring.
USA Orders will typically arrive within 4-7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) following receipt of shipping confirmation email – the scheduled delivery date will be outlined within your shipment confirmation email. International orders to some countries can take longer.
