Designed from a Player's Perspective
Constructed of lightweight aluminum with a contemporary style, the Predator Arena will cast an impeccably even, flicker-free, energy efficient light onto your table and open up your playing space. All lights include electrical ports to connect small, lightweight camera equipment (not included) to create an ideal set-up to stream or record high-speed content.
Match your billiard table size:
CaromSports.com offers the Predator Arena for 7' tables in a 4-Segment build. For the larger 8', 9', and 10' tables, Arena lights are offered in a 6-Segment build that allow for economical UPS Ground shipping. The correct size light is important because the installed fixture should line up with your table's rails. For customers with oversized 8' tables, size down if your maximum ceiling height is 8ft or less, and size up if your maximum ceiling height is greater than 8ft.
(4-Segment builds for 8' and 9' tables are available as a custom request at additional manufacturing and freight costs. 12' table lights can be custom made in 8-segments.)
Light Options: C5R9 vs CT36
The C5R9 Tournament-style model is a fixed color temperature of 5000K. These lights are identical to those showcased in the Predator CSI Pro Series tournaments except for the build configuration. (The Pro Series uses a 4-Segment build.) It does not include a remote control. We recommend this model if any below applies:
- you will only use a wall switch to turn on/off
- your billiard table is in a dedicated room
- your maximum ceiling height is higher than 8ft.
- you own a billiard room and often livestream your showcase table
The CT36 Showcase model includes a wireless remote control. It is dimmable with full control of color temperature (3000K-6000K) to provide a wide range of brightness levels and warm to cool settings. The remote control allows for 4 unique programmed scenes which tailor the brightness and color temperature as your go-to settings. We highly recommend this model if any below applies:
- your billiard table is located in a multifunctional room
- your billiard table is used for both social and competitive play
- you will use the light to play or practice late at night
- your maximum ceiling height is less than 8ft.
Each model is available in 3 neutral finish options to complement your room. The Powder Coat Black and the Powder Coat White have a matte finish with a subtle texture. The Brushed Aluminum Black has a satin finish with a smooth, brushed grain. Each unit comes with the necessary hardware for installation and one chrome-finished Predator emblem.
Installation:
The unit comes with a three-prong male plug with an input of 100-277VAC. With the Predator Arena, a variety of ceiling configurations are possible from as low as a 7' ceiling height. Designed to install easily by a local electrician or even by oneself if you're handy, the unit comes with everything needed for a successful installation into a drywall ceiling. Simply assemble the fixture's lighting segments on top of your table, attach the hanging wire from 6-8 mount points (hardware included) on the ceiling and ratcheting clips to the fixture, and gradually ratchet the product to the desired height.
